The Volcano Solid Valve Set allows you to select your bad size, up to 10 feet. While the Volcano Easy Valve Set makes comes with five precut and loaded bags.

In the event of any defect you are recommended to send the complete device back to Storz & Bickel with all parts. If the defect has occurred on the grounds of a material or construction error within the warranty period, Storz & Bickel will eliminate the defect free of charge. If the defect was caused by you, e.g. because you dropped your vaporizer, Storz & Bickel will send you an estimate for the repair and will do the repair as soon as you have agreed to accept their estimate.

The Volcano is a great desktop vaporizer. It uses an aluminum heating core and its made in Germany so it has a pretty clean air path. The balloons make using it really easy. The only caveats with this device is that the bags can get gross and sticky inside. The mouthpieces are also flared at the end which means more of users lips come in contact with it which may not make it the healthiest to use in larger groups.
This is a fantastic way of getting your herbs in a healthy way. It works super well, but is quite pricey! The only thing I ever miss is the taste you get from smoking.
