All warranty coverage and repairs are handled directly through Vaporbrothers, not VaporWarehouse®. Please contact Vaporbrothers for any issues relating to warranty/repair coverage. Whips and other accessories are not covered under the warranty.

Vaporbrothers Box-Style Vaporizer Coverage


Unregistered owners:
For a period of 1 year after the purchase date, Vaporbrothers will repair and return vaporizers at their expense, with no charge to the customer. Between 1 year and 2 years, Vaporbrothers will charge for return shipping. PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED FOR UNREGISTERED OWNERS. If you don't have proof of purchase they will charge a flat fee, so be sure to file your receipt in a safe place, or print a new one from our site.


Registered owners:
For a period of 2 years after the purchase date, Vaporbrothers will repair and return vaporizers at their expense, with no charge to the customer. No proof of purchase is required for registered owners.

Between 2 and 5 years after purchase, Vaporbrothers will charge a flat fee for all Registered and Unregistered owners. The flat fee covers repair, replacement parts, automatic upgrades, and return shipping.

For VaporBrothers vaporizers with serial number below 27440 or more than 5 years from purchase date:
Vaporbrothers will offer to upgrade or replace your unit for a discount price. Please contact them through their website to inquire about this offer. Repaired vaporizers are warranted against failure with no charge for an additional 6 months beyond their original warranty period.

If Vaporbrothers determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of their warranty, then the customer must pay for return shipping. IMPORTANT: TAMPERING VOIDS THIS WARRANTY. If your unit has been modified or tampered with, they will have to refuse service on it for safety reasons. For practical reasons, VB can offer no cash refunds; they can only repair or replace units. See the VaporBrothers Service Request Page or Contact Them for more information.

Vaporbrothers Portable Vaporizer the Dabbler by Vape-Pen Coverage


• Battery Warranty
- 1 Year
• Heater Warranty - 90 Days or until used or loaded
• All Other Parts - 90 Days except glassware

Dabbler battery is backed by a 1 year warranty. All other parts are covered for 90 days. Warranty applies to factory defects only. No used parts are covered by the warranty except the battery. If you believe you have a defective product, please contact Vaporbrothers directly.

Before first use, fully charge the Dabbler battery.

Once charged test Dabbler heater without oils.

Once used or loaded, the heater warranty ends. Please use caution loading material into the heater as this may damage the wick or coils.


Magic Flight Vaporizer Lifetime Functional Warranty


All warranty coverage and repairs are handled directly through Magic Flight, not VaporWarehouse®. Please contact Magic Flight for any issues relating to warranty/repair coverage. Whips and other accessories are not covered under the warranty.

Magic-Flight grants to all purchasers of the Launch Box vaporizer a Lifetime Functional Warranty for all Box units. Your Launch Box carries a unique serial number, altering or removing this number renders the warranty completely void. All accessories included in the standard MFLB kit are covered under warranty for the first three months after the date of purchase.

*Additionally, please make note that the orange indicator light inside each Box is designed to guide you towards your perfect session and will not last forever; therefore this is the one component of your Box that cannot be covered under the Lifetime Functional Warranty. This light will stop working eventually due to the hotter-than-average environment and sharp temperature changes that it endures. Once you have perfected your technique with the Box, your use of the light will no longer be needed.

Warranty does not cover lost, stolen, defaced, or willfully damaged units. Warranty also does not cover units with the serial number sanded off or not visible. Shipping charges may apply.

Arizer Solo Vaporizer Warranty


All warranty coverage and repairs are handled directly through Arizer, not VaporWarehouse®. Please contact Arizer for any issues relating to warranty/repair coverage.

The Solo features a two year manufacturer’s warranty, restricted to normal use. Due to quality craftsmanship, the Solo’s Heating Element is backed by a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty and the lithium battery is covered by a one year warranty.

If you purchased any W9 Tech item (Persei, Omicron, or O-Phos) on Ebay or any other auction site then your warranty is void.

Please see individual vaporizer details page or contact manufacturer directly for all Warranty issues. VaporWarehouse® is not responsible for Warranty coverage.
