Pros:
Finally saved up enough money to purchase one of these bad boys new! I had purchased a second hand non-digit one and was thoroughly impressed... After 5 years of some fairly heavy use (I used to keep her on for days with no problem) I decided to sell it, for the price I bought it, and upgrade. So far I'm loving it! Who knew there was a better vaporizer than the Vapor Bros out there!?!
Cons:
Received the unit with a button pushed too far in and rattling around inside. But after a quick phone call, VaporWarehouse sent out a replacement with an included prepaid shipping label to send the defective product back! I love these guys!!!
Other Thoughts:
Just a side note- After receiving the broken product I called Storz & Bickel (the manufacture) and talked to them about the problem. They assured me that even if the retailer (VaporWarehouse) wouldn't take the unit back they would do a warranty repair at no cost. But of course, since it's VaporWarehouse, I had no problem taking the product back...
