The IP address was traced back to the same city and the phone number matched as well. This customer disputed the charge and somehow won the dispute. So now we paid to ship our product to this customer for them to steal it from us. This is a rare case but it is something not possible when Bitcoin is used. We have to incur this loss and these costs are are eventually passed down to the customers by requiring higher prices to operate. Additionally our merchant processor charges us around 3% total for our type of business to take credit cards, where Bitcoin payments can be sent for as little as 0.05%. If we were able to take only Bitcoin prices could instantly come down by 3% or more.
