Sorry but I have never been a big fan of Wal-Mart and this just seals the deal.
The Wall Street Journal reported that Wal-Marts department heads and managers met to discuss the downside for employees should they form a union. In addition they are pressuring their managers to lobby against Democrats in November's elections. The Democrats support legislation called the Employee Free Choice Act, which makes it easier for employees to form a union. Needless to say Wal-Mart opposes the act.
Now more than ever employees should have the right to form unions and protect their workers rights.
