The Most Delicious Canna Recipe: Butterscotch Cookies

Yes, I said it. This is the MOST delicious canna cookie recipe we have made, ever. Something about the creamy butterscotch flavor blends so perfectly with the sweet tanginess of the canna butter. It is not even fair for me to be typing about the deliciousness of these cookies without one of them being annihilated in my mouth at this present moment. But the cookies are long gone! Ack…I am now jonesing for cookies like Cookie Monster over here!

Ok. I took a little vape hit and feeling better :) So if you’re a baker, bake up these cookies! If you are not a baker, bake up these cookies! Your life and belly will thank you for it.

Keep in mind all dosages vary based on type and condition of plant being used. We suggest to err on the side of less potent butter if you are unsure how your body responds to edibles.

Dosage

Starting Materials: 1 oz. of leaves or 3.5g bud

Extract Into: 1 quart (4 cups) milk or 1/2 cup butter

Resulting Doses: 10 - 30 depending on desired potency


Canna Butter Recipe

Butter: 2 sticks unsalted

Leaf Matter: 1 Pot=approx. 3 ounces (use less if using bud)

Directions:

Bring 2-3 cups water and butter to boil. Add as many leaves as you can fit in your pan and cover with the butter/water mixture. Continue boiling for about 1 hour. Mash and stir frequently to make sure all THC is extracted from the leaves into the butter. After cooking strain butter from leaf using cheese cloth. Boil a cup of water and use it to rinse out every last drop of butter from the leaves. Be sure to squeeze the leaves well to get all the butter out. Put liquid in fridge (or freezer) to cool. When the butter has solidified pour off water. Butter will keep in fridge or freezer, but keeps best in cooked food!

Butterscotch Cookie Recipe

Directions: Pre-heat oven to 350. Mix wet ingredients, then mix in dry ingredients. Bake 13-15 minutes.


Wet Ingredients:
3/4 cup melted Canna Butter (recipe above)
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp maple syrup
2 eggs
- Mix Wet Ingredients -
Dry Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 cups Oats
1 Package Butterscotch Morsels
Bake @350 13-15 minutes
