Plantlife uses the cold processing method to produce their castile soap. No heat or chemicals are used during this production process. Each Plantlife soap is scented with pure essential oils and organic botanicals for a refreshing all natural cleanse. Plantlife does not remove the glycerin from their soap because it is a humectant, a substance that promotes retention of moisture on the skin and can be gentle enough for even the driest and most sensitive of skin.
