As we mentioned in our previous post, the elves at Vapor Warehouse have been working hard to ship each and every order as soon as they are received. However, the Grinch has raised his head in the guise of DHL. For the past two days trying to place a call into DHL customer service has been harder than trying to find a Nintendo wii. Every time we have called DHL, we go through all the bullshit prompts only to be told that the wait time exceeds 15 minutes and to call back. It's 11:30PM and we are still getting the same message.
