Who can you trust online? We get calls all day long from people who are concerned about giving some other "discount" outfit their credit card number. Personally, I can understand why. We have been selling vaporizers online for over 5 years now and we think we have done a pretty good job of standing behind what we sell and making sure that our customers are happy with their purchase. There will always be someone who is willing to sell something for $5 less than we are, but in the end, what do you save? There is always someone here to answer the phone during normal business hours and if we are too busy, you can expect a call back. Want to email us? That is no problem either. We try to respond to all emails the same day we recieve them. Of course there are times when we are a little tardy on these items, but being a small operation, sometimes we have to make decisions that affect our response times. These are few and far between and when they do happen, they are most likely due to a bigger "issue" arising.
