By ordering on this site you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Shipping Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. This includes any VAT taxes, duties or other delivery fees charged by the shipping company or customs in your country. If an order is refused or can not be delivered the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping costs to VaporWarehouse. Returns Because of the nature of the products we sell we can not take returns on any opened item. Returns on un-used, un-opened items incur a 10% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs. Returns must be received within 14 days of order date and include a copy of your original order receipt. Customer must receive authorization before returning any product. Unauthorized returns will be rejected. Use Our products are intended for use as aromatherapy devices only. These products are not intended for use with tobacco or any illegal substances. By ordering you agree that these products are legal for you to purchase and receive delivery in your state. Legal Use By ordering with VaporWarehouse you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that this product is legal for use at the delivery location.
