At Vaporwarehouse we understand how important your privacy is to you. We treat your information with the same care we would treat our own sensitive information.
Does VaporWarehouse share information it collects?
No. We never share any of your personal information. On occaision, when requested by the manufacturer, we will verify if a product was purchased through our site based on the serial number. We may also share sales statistics based on general demographic data like country or state.
Email Contact
VaporWarehouse has been in business since 2000. From 2000 - 2008 we never sent out a single email that was not an order confirmation, order status update, or shipment notification. In April of 2009 we released our VaporDollars reward program and also added an 'opt in' feature for email contact to the checkout process. As part of the VaporDollars release we sent a one time email to previous customers notifying them that they have the opportunity to join the rewards program and benefit from previous orders. Other than this email, we will never send any emails to individuals who have not explicitly asked to be added to our mailing list. We handle all email contact ourselves and do not use any outside service that would release your information to a third party.
Frequency of Contact
We all hate spam. In order for us to make our mailing list something that is valuable to our customers we carefully monitor the frequency with which you will receive emails.
Cookies
We use cookies in order to store your shopping cart information and to track the source of our traffic. We utilize google analytics to monitor our traffic. They set anonymous cookies for this purpose. If interested please see the Google Privacy Policy
Billing Information
Customer credit card information is only stored long enough to process the the order. All information is removed as soon as processing is complete. We store the first and last 4 digits of the credit card for lookup purposes when billing disputes arise.
Shipping Information
We keep your shipping information on file for at least 90 days. After that it is cleaned from our system when we optomize our database.
Shipping Packaging
All orders are shipped from Interlated Ventures and arive in plain packaging.
