Dead Vapor Brothers Heating Element

Many people come to us and say, "Hey the heating element in not working on my Vaporbrothers vaporizer!". Well don't panic, Vapor Brothers has you covered with their very generous Warranty program.

First, you will need to make sure you have registered your vaporizer online at the Vapor Brothers website. Second, print and fill out their Service Request Form which can be found on the Vapor Warehouse or Vaporbrothers websites (please note you will need Adobe Reader to open this form). In addition you will need to include a proof of purchase. Vapor Warehouse customers can reprint their receipts from our website. Under the Customer Service section choose Track Order, input the e-mail address that was used when you placed the order, then select the Code and a copy of your receipt will be displayed.

Once you have completed the Service Request Form and found a copy of your receipt, send your vaporizer only (no need to include the whip or other items) with the form, proof of purchase, and if required payment to the address provided on the Service Request Form.

If you purchased your vaporizer prior to June 2007 you most likely have the old GNES heat element. The GNES heat element had a metal coil in the glass section of the element that would burn out from time to time. Starting in June 2007 Vaporbrothers shipped both their Vapor Brothers Original Vaporizer and Hands Free Vaporizer with an All Natural Mineral Heating Element. This new element is 100% natural ceramic porcelain containing no harmful toxins. With the introduction of this new element Vapor Brothers changed their warranty from 2 years to Lifetime. The good news is all Vaporbrothers Vaporizers being sent in for repair will now ship with the new mineral elements.
