Un-opened vaporizers
If you have a brand new un-opened vaporizer that you purchased within the last 15 days you may return it for a full refund minus the shipping costs. This includes shipping costs that were covered under the free shipping promotion. We reserve the right to issue a 10% restocking fee, however if you contact us for an RMA before returning your unit the 10% restocking fee will be waived. Because of the nature of this product if the unit shows signs ANY USE at all we can not take returns.

* As stated in the terms during checkout we are not responsible for shipping costs on returned orders or ordering the inccorect whip for your vaporizer. If you are still unclear as to what whip you need please contact our customer service line for support.
Vaporizers that Arrive DOA
VaporWarehouse will handle exchanges of all units that arrive DOA for identical units, some shipping charges may apply in this case and we apologize for any inconvenience.
VaporBrothers Limited LIFETIME Warranty
Unregistered owners:
For a period of 1 year after the purchase date, Vaporbrothers will repair and return
vaporizers at their expense, with no charge to the customer. Between 1
year and 2 years, Vaporbrothers will charge for return shipping.
PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED FOR UNREGISTERED OWNERS. If you don't
have proof of purchase they will charge a flat fee, so be sure to
file your receipt in a safe place, or print a new one from our site.
Registered owners:
For a period of 2 years after the purchase date, Vaporbrothers will repair and
return vaporizers at their expense, with no charge to the customer. No
proof of purchase is required for registered owners.
Between 2 and 5 years after purchase, Vaporbrothers will charge a flat fee for all Registered and Unregistered owners. The flat fee covers repair, replacement parts, automatic upgrades, and return shipping.
For VaporBrothers vaporizers
with serial number below 27440 or more than 5 years from purchase date:
Vaporbrothers will offer to upgrade or replace your unit for a discount price.
Please contact them through their website to inquire about this
offer.
Repaired vaporizers are warranted against failure with no charge for
an additional 6 months beyond their original warranty period.
If Vaporbrothers determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of their warranty, then the customer must pay for return shipping. IMPORTANT: TAMPERING VOIDS THIS WARRANTY. If your unit has been modified or tampered with, they will have to refuse service on it for safety reasons. For practical reasons, VB can offer no cash refunds; they can only repair or replace units.

For Repair of the Volcano Base unit in case of failure, please add a copy of the invoice or another proof of purchase statement which shows the date of your purchase. Additionally, they ask you to send the whole unit (including all valve parts) in "clean" condition. Please send it with insurance and trackable method to:

VaporWarez (Former OEM Manufacturer knock offs like VaporDoc)
If your unit is a VaporDoc/VaporWarez (the company is now called VaporWarez) there is a 1 year warranty. They will replace your metal heating element free of charge for up to one year after purchase.
