Reviewed By R.M. MA Pros: It's a decent blend. The quality is great. Does have a nice calming affect. Nice to sprinkle a little of this with other stuff before bed for a deep sleep. Cons: Too much of this and I get pretty tired. The chamomile is almost too effective in a way. I can only use this right before bed, and even then, I find myself reaching for one of the other blends before this one. Other Thoughts: This would probably be great for someone looking to sleep better. Flavor and affect wise it just isn't a blend im super excited about, however that is a matter of personal preference and doesn't reflect product quality which is very good. | |
