Pros: The size fits the top of my launch box thus I lose very little medicine when filling trench.

Cons: The magnet placement should be "switched" leaving the middle "pole" on the opposite side. This would stop pieces of medicine from getting squished when packing to grind.

Other Thoughts: For 9 bucks it is a good compliment to my medium size space case.
