Pros: they work and they're rechargeable.

Cons: it seems like once you've recharged them a few times they lose quite a bit of battery life. wish they were a little cheaper as well (otherwise would give 5 stars).

Other Thoughts: try not to let either end touch metal (including the magic flight tin).
