Reviewed By R.H. OR Pros: Very low power consumption. Unable to tell any difference in electric bill. These would work great using solar or hydro power if you have a creek. I'm using 4 PPF-800's and the veg growth was phenomenal! Now into flowering for 12 days and have many, many flowers forming. Results are as good as HID or maybe even better. I anticipate the best crop of tomatoes yet. Cons: Still a bit expensive but the units will pay for themselves with the savings in electricity. Other Thoughts: Would like to see how well higher wattage LED's will work. I'm sure these lights will evolve quickly and may even replace HID lights for indoor gardens. | |
