Q – What is the difference between the Original Vapor Brothers Vaporizer and the Hands Free Vaporbrothers Vaporizer?

Many people come to us and say, “Hey the heating element in not working on my Vaporbrothers vaporizer!”. Well don’t panic, Vapor Brothers has you covered with their very generous Warranty program.

First, you will need to make sure you have registered your vaporizer online at the Vapor Brothers website. Second, print and fill out their Service Request Form which can be found on the Vapor Warehouse or Vaporbrothers websites (please note you will need Adobe Reader to open this form). In addition you will need to include a proof of purchase. Vapor Warehouse customers can reprint their receipts from our website. Under the Customer Service section choose Track Order, input the e-mail address that was used when you placed the order, then select the Code and a copy of your receipt will be displayed.

Once you have completed the Service Request Form and found a copy of your receipt, send your vaporizer only (no need to include the whip or other items) with the form, proof of purchase, and if required payment to the address provided on the Service Request Form.

If you purchased your vaporizer prior to June 2007 you most likely have the old GNES heat element. The GNES heat element had a metal coil in the glass section of the element that would burn out from time to time. Starting in June 2007 Vaporbrothers shipped both their Vapor Brothers Original Vaporizer and Hands Free Vaporizer with an All Natural Mineral Heating Element. Q - Do you ship discretely?

A – Yes, we know many of you are buying a gift for a loved one, family member or friend so we don’t want to spoil the surprise. Don’t worry, we don’t ship in the box pictured on the website with the blue Vapor Brothers sticker on it. That Vaporbrothers vaporizer box gets packed into a plain box. Every order ships in a plain brown box with only the mailing label attached to it. The return address is listed as our parent company and not “VaporWarehouse“. If you are ordering a vaporizer, grinder, essential oil, organic herbal blend and more rest assured your package will arrive discrete.

And now for something completely different.

Many of you reading this blog will assume that “Dance on a Volcano” would refer to the Storz & Bickel Volcano but in fact it doesn’t.  After a 15 year absence Genesis is coming back to the West Coast for the final 4 dates of their North American tour.  The staff at Vapor Warehouse will be found at all of the West Coast shows enjoying the visuals and sounds.  One of the pioneers of progressive rock, Genesis hasn’t let down their fans, old and new, on the current tour.  The setlist is probably one of the most balanced flow of songs since their 1982 encore tour.
