I recently got a Volcano Vaporizer as a gift, but when I unpackaged it, it didn't work. It's sitting on my coffe table looking very pretty, but when we turn the heat lamp on, the control light doesn't come on like it's supposed to. I'm afraid to leave it on for too long because it doesn't even fell like it's getting remotely warm, please let me know if there's something I can do to know whether I need to send this one back. I don't know where they got it from, but your site is the only one with help online.

Thank you very much,
Robert
