Replace the Screen in Vaporizer Handpiece

How to replace the screen in your vaporizer whip / handpiece:

This can be tricky. The real key is to come at it from bot sides so you will have to remove the tubing. You can find tips for removing the tubing in our instructions on how to clean your vaporizer handpiece. Once you have the tubing removed get something long and thin to come in the bottom and a pencil eraser works good for the top. Drop the screen in and work it with the eraser and stick from the bottom into place. It’s tricky at first but once you get the hang of it you can replace the screen in no time. If you follow the cleaning instructions however you may never need to replace your screen.

i know this sounds crazy, but my new method for dropping a screen in (without replacing the tubing) is taking a small sewing needle and running a thread through the middle of the screen (the smaller the needle, the smaller the hole) and back through another small hole near the center so you can guide the screen in with a poker whilst holding the ends of the thread to keep it from going past the niche. once in place, just pull on one end of the thread and you are golden! we’ve been using our vape only for about six months, so whenever i clean it, i run hot water and some ‘grunge off’ through the whip and then hang it over my shower curtain rod to drip dry before inserting the screen. it may be harder that your method, but i just figured the tubing removal and replacing was a unecessary step (although i will probably try that soon, cause it doesn’t sound so bad)…..
    anyhoo,
    happy vaping!
