Many people have been asking about the warranty on the Vocano Vaporizers recently and what the process is IF they were to have a warranty repair issue. Most want to know if they have to send the unit to Germany as that is where they are manufactured. We heard some great news this week and it is not official yet, but it appears that there will be an authorized service center for the Volcano Vaporizers located in Oakland, California in the not so distant future. We have not had any Volcanos come back for repair yet, but surely, having a repair facility located on the west coast of the US will be a great thing.
