We have been getting a few emails recently from people who beleive they have received the wrong whip (handpiece) because it does not fit “over” the heating element. I just want to clarify here that the standard vaporizers do not have handpieces that fit over the element. They are designed to be held up to the heating element while the hot air is drawn over the herbs to create the vapor. There is one unit the Hands Free Vapor Doc / Vapor Warez where the handpiece does fit over the glass and will stay without being held. If you do not have that unit you will need to hold the handpiece up to the glass while you inhale the vapor.
